How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order within the first 30 days of receipt, simply return your item and you will be refunded within 24 hours...no kidding.

Because this is pottery, things do break in the mail, although it is infrequent. If you have a broken item, please give us a call (800-880-5117) and we will promptly send you a replacement.

Bottom line is, we want you to be happy with your order and refer us to friends. It's how we've grown from a 1 man-show in 1977 to a company that ships all around the world. You are the ONLY reason we are in business and we want you to be extremely happy with our pottery and gifts.
