To make your brie appetizer stand out even more, try adding a topping on the brie before it's baked. Get creative and experiment with pesto, pears, or roasted garlic. Bake the brie and topping just a little bit, until the brie is warm and slightly melted. Be sure to bake the brie uncovered!
Use pastry as an option. Try wrapping the brie cheese in a refrigerated pastry like crescent roll dough. Lay the puff pastry dough flat on the ceramic brie baker, place brie cheese in center of the dough and wrap the dough around the brie. Allow a little longer to cook to make sure the pastry cooks through.
Serve brie with bread, fruit, or crackers. Try it with apples on a sliced baguette; it's delicious brie!
