Muffin Top Pan

Bakes the top of a muffin and leaves the extra breading behind!

Applesauce Oatmeal Muffin Tops:

1 cup quick oats
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg white

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in order given. Spray muffin top pan with cooking spray. Distribute muffin mix evenly to fill muffin top pan to just below ridge. Gently tap pan to remove air bubbles and distribute batter to edges.

Then mix together topping:
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. melted butter

Distribute the topping evenly among the muffin tops. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until done. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes then remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
