PEPPER-CHEESE DIPPING SAUCE
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 Parmesan cheese, grated
Grate Cheese on grater. Drizzle olive oil over cheese. Stir in pepper. Dip bread pieces into sauce and enjoy!
Olive Oil Dipping Sauce
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup mixed herbs (try finely chopped fresh rosemary, basil, chives, thyme, and parsley)
1/4 Parmesan cheese, grated
1 to 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
Mince garlic cloves on garlic grater ( 1 medium size garlic clove equals approximately 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of minced garlic). Drizzle loive oil over minced garlic. Stir in herbs and cheese. Dip bread pieces in sauce and enjoy!
