Emerson Quillin's whimisical characters are one continuous black marker line with the "Quillin Script" that brings recognition and hearty laughter. Emerson spent his childhood days in his mother's beauty salon watching as his mother would mesh each client's unique desires with her own creative eye to produce a masterpiece. Unbeknownst to Emerson at the time, the beauties who frequented his mother's salon would one day turn into his inspiration for his illustrative cartoon characters. Residing in Lexington KY, today with his dog, Mona Lisa, by his side, Emerson continues to use his childhood memories to create his 'doodles' for all to enjoy.
Stephanie Lanier earned her degree from Meredith College in Raleigh NC. She discovered her lover for artwork and drawing while in school and has carried her love of the arts in the gift industry.
